Policy

Minimum Order:

  • Minimum order amount is $100.00 per shipping date.
  • Minimum order per item as listed.

Back Order:

  • If an item is not available, we reserve the right to place it on back order.
  • Back orders under $20.00 may be canceled.
  • If an item is not available, we reserve the right to substitute the item for a similar one.
  • If you don’t accept back orders or substitutes, it is your responsibility to inform us at the time your order
    is placed.

Terms:

  • All prices are FOB Agoura Hills, California.
  • Puzzled accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
  • Puzzled also offers Net 30 Terms for customers who have provided their signed trade reference.
  • Puzzled accepts checks and cashier checks. All returned checks will be subject to a $29 fee and your
    account will revert to pre pay only.
  • Puzzled does not ship COD.

Late Payments:

  • If for any reason your payment is late, a monthly finance charge of 1% will be charged to your account
    and your account will revert to pre pay only.
  • If the account is sent to collection, you will be responsible for all fees and collection costs.
    Shipping:
  • Puzzled ships mainly via UPS for ground shipments and via FedEx Freight for palletized shipments.
  • Special shipping instructions or routing guides should be included with each order.
  • If you choose a different carrier, your account number must be provided.
  • Puzzled charges are based on the carrier publish rates.
  • Oversize items might incur additional shipping charges.

Ordering:

  • To place an order you must be a retailer with a resale number certificate.

  • Priority is given to orders on a first come first served basis, unless a special request is made.

Cancelation:

  • 20% restocking fee will apply to any canceled order.

Damages:

  • Damages must be reported to Puzzled within (7) seven days of receipt of merchandise.

Returns:

  • You may return products to Puzzled for a refund, less shipping and 20% restocking fee, within seven days
    of receiving the products. Certain restriction apply:
    • Returns must be approved by Puzzled.
    • Must not be any marking (such as pricing) on the product.
    • The product must be in the original carton and packed properly.
