Help / FAQ
Who can buy from Puzzled?
Retailers, distributors or anyone with a re-sale license may purchase directly from Puzzled. We can refer you to a retailer though if you don’t have a re-sale license.
Is there a minimum order size/amount?
Yes! Minimum orders are $100 but minimum quantities vary. For the most part it is necessary to purchase six of each style 3-D puzzle that you would like to get.
Has everything passed safety certification tests?
Yes! Every toy Puzzled produces is made from safe, high quality materials that have been extensively tested to be free of toxins and other hazardous materials.
How can I order from Puzzled?
Puzzled can be reached by phone, fax or email to place an order. Whatever method of communication is easiest for you is how we’d like you to contact us.
What is the turnaround time for shipping once I’ve placed an order?
Puzzled generally ships within one business day of receiving your order. Orders placed very close to holidays or at conventions may take slightly longer.
How will Puzzled ship my order to me?
We generally ship UPS ground and FedEx for freight. However if you have other shipping needs such as overnight delivery, puzzled can arrange for any type of shipping arrangement and will only charge you our cost.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express as payment. Additionally, at the time of your first order (or at any time thereafter) you may also send us your credit references in order to set up terms for any subsequent orders.
Does it come with directions?
Yes! Each puzzle comes with a picture of the final assembled product along with a numbered chart to help you along if you get stuck. Simply attach the pieces together at the points where the same number appears.
Can they be painted?
Yes! 3-D Puzzles can be left as an attractive natural wood model or painted to reflect one’s own personal taste.
What ages are they suitable for?
While the difficulty of the puzzles varies based on their size and the number of pieces, the minimum age for safe puzzle usage is five years old. However, children should always be supervised when playing with objects that may present a choking hazard.
Do I need glue?
Most puzzles can be completely assembled without any need for glue! If you want to assemble your puzzle as a long term display instead of taking it apart when you’re done, you can use a bit of glue to keep it together.
